Leasers / Tenants
Apalachee Heritage welcomes all residents no matter whether you are an owner or leasing a home here. As a resident, you are invited to attend and participate in all of our social functions and use the many amenities available to residents. However, by moving into Apalachee Heritage you are responsible for abiding by the Covenants, ByLaws, Architectural Design Standards and other Rules & Regulations for the community. If your landlord failed to provide you with a copy of these documents you can download copies under the “Documents” section of this web site.
Landlords
There is a $500 fine for listing a property for lease or rent without first receiving an approved written leasing permit or the property being "Grandfathered".
"FOR RENT" or "FOR LEASE" signs are not allowed to be displayed within Apalachee Heritage by our protective covenants.
