Apalachee Heritage has a mandatory homeowners association and amenities that include a pool, playground, three (3) tennis courts, sidewalks, and walking trails. The Community is surrounded by over 80 acres of protected natural space and includes over 4 miles of walking trails along the shores of the Apalachee River.

- The Annual HOA Assessment is $485 for 2021.
- Assessment Invoices are mailed out at the end of each year and due by January 31st. If you are selling your home, the pro-rations of the fees are completed by the closing attorney.
- There is a $100 Initiation Fee payable by all new owners on property resales.
- No “For Rent” or “For Lease” signs are permitted on any property and only one (1) “For Sale” sign can be placed in the yard of the listed property..
- No “For Sale, Rent, or Lease” signs are allowed at the entrances or on any common property.
- All closing letter request must be requested at www.homewisedocs.com websites. Fees range from $125 and up depending upon what is ordered.
- The HOA maintains entrances, common areas, pool, tennis, playground.
- There are leasing restrictions in place. (The Leasing Amendment is available on the website under “Forms & Documents”)
- There are no special assessments being considered or passed, at this time.
